There are quite a few Lighting Channels available for your use. You can find them in the Light Channels field of the Lighting section in a Static Mesh Component.
- BSP
- BSP
- Cinematic_1 thru Cinematic_6
- Channels for matinees (although they can be used for anything)
- CompositeDynamic
- An experimental channel which averages all lights into an ambient and a spotlight to insure a character always has a shadow. (This channel is not used in the release version of RoboBlitz).
- Dynamic
- The default channel for affecting dynamic objects such as RDestructibles.
- Skybox
- A channel for shining lights on a skybox.
- Static
- The default channel for affecting static objects such as BSP and static meshes.
- Unnamed_1 thru Unnamed_6
- Channels available for miscllaneous uses defined by the user. (You can use these for anything you want).
